Olga salad oil is a mixed edible vegetable oil obtained by mixing cold-pressed sunflower oils (70%) and pumpkin (30%) obtained by mechanical pressing. This process retains most of the nutrients naturally present in sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Due to its specific aroma, mixed edible vegetable oil is primarily used as a salad oil, but also as an addition to soups, stews and meat.
